Select Family Clinic is an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) owned practice. Previously located in Bonney Lake, the practice moved to a new location at 28002 State Route 410 E, Suite 5, Buckley, WA 98321 on August 1, 2023. We do offer both in-person and video/virtual visits (Telehealth)**.

Mental Health: Psychiatric patients are seen via telehealth in most cases with occasional in-person visits. Patient population seen at this location includes adults and geriatrics.

Primary Care (Family Clinic): To accommodate patients who are not able to visit the clinic in person, we offer telehealth appointments for certain types of visits. Please contact our office to inquire about telehealth options; this is determined by the patient’s health condition.
Patient population seen at this location includes adolescents, teenagers, adults, and geriatrics; ages 12 and up.
** Mondays – Telehealth visits only (Remote Visits).

COVID-19
Virtual visits are recommended for those with COVID-19.
*Mask is recommended for all patients and required for patients with respiratory symptoms during in-person office visits.
